Load up the boat

Hello friends!

We are wet, wet, wet here! Hermine a tropical storm came onshore yesterday on the Texas coast and we are getting pounded with rain. I'm not complaining, because we needed it so bad. I love staying inside on rainy days and hearing the rain on the roof as we go to sleep. :)

We haven't done much at all today. I've cleaned the house and Anderson has helped me. And we headed over the our favorite place...Chick-fil-A and we got turned around at the bridge. It was flooded and so was the pre-school where my friend Casey works and her son goes to school. Like, not just a little water... A LOT of water. Their playground was underwater!!!
